Thank you for shopping with Digital Mart AU. We offer both physical and digital products. This Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and handled.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable laws.
1. Physical Products
Physical products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.
Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, we will prepare your order for dispatch. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, stock availability, courier service, weekends, public holidays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure that your name, delivery address, postcode, email address and other information entered during checkout are accurate and complete.
2. Shipping Costs
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the product, order size, delivery destination and shipping method available for the order.
Any free-shipping promotion or special shipping offer will be subject to the conditions displayed with that offer.
3. Delivery Estimates
Any delivery timeframe displayed on our website or communicated to you is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Actual delivery times may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, peak periods, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If there is a significant problem with the supply or delivery of your order, please contact us at support@digitalmartau.com so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
Australian businesses selling online remain subject to ordinary consumer rights and responsibilities, including obligations concerning products consumers have paid for. ACCC
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact support@digitalmartau.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has been handed to the carrier.
Additional shipping charges may apply where an order needs to be resent because incorrect or incomplete information was supplied, except where doing so would conflict with your rights under applicable law.
5. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Physical Orders
If your order appears to be significantly delayed, lost in transit, arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@digitalmartau.com with your order number and relevant details.
We will review the matter and, where appropriate, work with the delivery provider to investigate.
Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. ACCC
6. Digital Products
Digital products do not require physical shipping.
Depending on the product purchased, digital products may be supplied through one or more of the following methods:
- Download link displayed after checkout;
- Download link or instructions sent to the email address provided with the order;
- Access through the customer’s account on our website; or
- Another electronic delivery method clearly described on the relevant product page.
Availability and delivery methods may vary between digital products.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring they have compatible software, hardware or internet access where these requirements are clearly disclosed before purchase.
7. Digital Delivery Issues
If you have successfully paid for a digital product but have not received access, first check your email inbox and spam/junk folder and confirm that the email address entered with your order is correct.
If you are still unable to access your purchase, contact:
Please include your order number and the email address associated with your purchase so that we can investigate the issue.
We will take reasonable steps to resolve legitimate access or delivery problems.
8. Digital Products and Consumer Rights
Purchasing a digital product does not remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Where applicable, products and services supplied to Australian consumers are subject to statutory consumer guarantees. Our policies operate in addition to those rights and do not replace or limit them. The ACCC specifically states that businesses cannot use their own policies to take away applicable consumer guarantees. ACCC
Any separate refund or returns conditions applicable to our products should be read together with our Refund & Returns Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Mixed Orders
If an order contains both physical and digital products, the items may be fulfilled separately.
Digital products may be delivered electronically while physical products will be dispatched using the applicable shipping method. Receiving the digital portion of an order does not necessarily mean that the physical portion has been dispatched.
10. Order Confirmation and Payment
Orders are processed after successful checkout and payment authorisation.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe, where available. Use of a payment provider does not alter the delivery terms applicable to your purchase or your statutory consumer rights.
Payment confirmation does not necessarily mean that a physical order has been dispatched. Where applicable, separate dispatch or tracking information will be provided.
11. Product Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep product availability information accurate.
If we are unable to supply a product that has been purchased, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without informing the customer.
